Selected Work
Four research projects spanning executive workshops, zero-to-one discovery, and large-scale mixed-methods programs — each shaping real product and strategy decisions.
01 — JPMorgan Chase
ECM bankers navigate one of the most complex, high-stakes deal processes in finance — and most of that complexity lived only in their heads. We ran two intensive working sessions with senior ECM executives to surface, document, and map the full lifecycle of an IPO deal. The research reached the #3 product executive at the firm, reporting directly to Jamie Dimon, and drove six downstream initiatives across platform strategy, AI, and onboarding.
Role
UX Research Lead
Methods
2 × 2hr Executive Workshops, SME Interviews, Journey Mapping
Participants
3 MDs, 1 ED, 1 VP — North America & EMEA
Outcome
First firm-wide lifecycle map; 6 downstream initiatives
02 — Autograph
Autograph's NFT platform was losing users and community sentiment was tanking. A three-phase zero-to-one research program — 11 interviews, 4 focus groups, and an n=3,000 survey — revealed fans didn't want more digital collectibles. They wanted to get closer to their favorite athletes in real life. The research pivoted the company's entire product strategy.
Role
Senior Researcher
Methods
Interviews, Focus Groups, MaxDiff Survey (n=3,000)
Participants
Autograph users + football / Tom Brady fans
Outcome
Full product pivot to fan experience platform
03 — JPMorgan Chase
Senior bankers covering the world's largest private equity firms were walking into meetings unprepared — not from lack of effort, but from lack of a single, coherent view of their client. Seven in-depth interviews across North America and Europe surfaced five Jobs to Be Done that became the foundation for a new investor intelligence platform.
Role
UX Research Lead
Methods
7 In-Depth Interviews, Screen-Sharing, JTBD Framework
Participants
Senior bankers covering PE, sovereign wealth, growth VC
Outcome
JTBD framework became shared product language; informed data field requirements for launch
04 — JPMorgan Chase
Capital markets bankers were opening five separate tools every morning to piece together what one platform should provide. Seven screen-sharing sessions revealed why Market Monitor wasn't earning the switch — and exactly what would.
Role
UX Research Lead
Methods
7 Screen-Sharing Interviews, Usability Research, Journey Mapping
Participants
DCM LevFin, DCM IG, ECM bankers
Outcome
Platform improvements shipped; deal opportunity discovery module requirements came verbatim from research
About
"I'm most energized by ambiguous spaces — the ones where there's no established playbook and the research itself has to define what good looks like."
I'm a UX Research Lead based in Los Angeles with 8+ years working at the intersection of complex systems and human behavior. I've led research at JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Autograph, and SalesLoft — ranging from zero-to-one platform exploration to large-scale mixed-methods programs that shaped product roadmaps and executive strategy.
My work spans enterprise workflows, consumer financial products, and fan engagement platforms. Regardless of domain, my focus is the same: build understanding fast, synthesize with rigor, and communicate in a way that makes it impossible not to act.
Outside of work, you'll find me on the golf course, out for a run, or deep in a manga or anime series.
